Embroidered Shamrock Arch Ribbon Wrapped Satin Headband

1" wide white satin arch style headband wrapped with 3/8" polka dot grosgrain ribbon.  The headband features a 2" fabric flower with embroidered felt shamrock in the center.

Recommended for ages 3 and up.
